Many health or food companies neglect to handle returns because of the strict restrictions on maintaining food safety. We set up the returns policy in a very fair balance as to not take losses that could cause our mission objectives to lose funding while still providing quality customer service to our members.
We are able to provide minimal cost returns for the buyers through our packaging design. Because we use packets instead of bottles, we can prorate the amount of product returned. For each product returned, we go through and thoroughly inspect every packet to make sure the original seal has not been broken to avoid contamination. We conduct the necessary inspection process and paperwork as per the FDA and GMP guidelines to assure our customers utmost safety when taking the Nootripure products. Unfortunately this does take a toll on our processes, but we aimed to reduce the cost as much as possible for the customer.

All others – $10 inspection and restocking fee + prorated amount for each packet returned
Example: Return Pashiin after consuming half the package (10 of 20 packets)
(Original purchase price) $129.99 – (inspection fee) $10 – (packets consumed) 10 x $6 = $60 refunded
Through this return policy, we are able to make it fair for our customers, and the people that we help through the mission of the Nootripure Foundation. We are able to refrain from overcharging customers for products that they haven’t used and only charge for what one consumes. We also avoid taking a loss, which detracts from the contribution to the research and outreach objectives of the Nootripure Foundation.
The buyer is responsible for either refusing the package (free) or providing return shipping. Taxes paid on the amount of the deducted return amount will also be refunded. (Ex: If you paid $10 in tax and got a 50% refund, then $5 of the sales tax paid will also be refunded.) This is only for US sales tax.
