Pashiin is not intended to treat or cure any disease including erectile dysfunction. It contains a large dose of icariin from the Chinese medicinal herb epimedium (the ingredient that the blue pill was derived from). This is a natural alternative that increases blood flow to the sexual organs, creating heightened sensuality, but there is no saying what it would do in the case of a person who has erectile dysfunction.
